These look fake to me but I am not sure sure. I found someone selling these:

They're fake. Look at the lettering on the OKC, Chicago and Boston jerseys, some of the letters are not placed correctly and are a little bend.

Im a huge NBA fan and they look like normal swingman jerseys to me.
