49ers Shadow Jersey

I've just found these on NFL shop

Does anyone know anything about them? Ive not known the team to wear black at all....

They are a 'fashion' jersey. Never worn by the team and never will be. Reebok made them for god knows what reason for every team in black and white and called them a shadow. They also came out with a grey one and called them storm. scratch
